Who you are
You have:
3+ years of experience in enterprise or mid-market SaaS sales
Proven success closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Experience selling into professional services (legal, finance, consulting) or similarly complex verticals
Strong communication skills that resonate with both C-level executives and hands-on operators
A disciplined, data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting
A builder’s mindset—you’re excited to design the sales motion as much as to execute it
Comfort navigating ambiguity

What you’ll do
Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close and expansion
Run discovery to identify key customer pain points and craft tailored strategies
Deliver compelling demos and ROI presentations that connect technical value to business outcomes
Navigate complex procurement and legal processes with confidence
Drive pilots and proofs of concept toward successful conversion
Lead commercial negotiations, from pricing to contract signature
Build and execute account plans for expansion within existing firms
Partner with Product and Solutions Engineering to ensure smooth handoffs and fast time-to-value
Refine and scale the playbooks and processes that are driving PointOne’s growth
