Who you are
You’ve practiced law and you’re ready for a new challenge. You understand how law firms think, how attorneys work, and how hard change management can be in professional services. You’re excited to leverage that knowledge to drive adoption of technology that’s transforming the business of law.
You have:
A background in law (JD, practicing attorney, or significant law firm experience)
Curiosity about SaaS and a desire to transition into a sales or customer-facing role
Excellent communication skills—able to distill complex ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences
Persistence and organization when managing outreach and follow-up
Empathy for the customer and an instinct for understanding their real problems
Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment

What you’ll do
Own relationships with law firm decision-makers from first conversation through renewal and expansion
Run discovery to uncover each firm’s workflows, pain points, and business priorities
Deliver tailored demos and ROI presentations that translate technical value into business outcomes
Guide firms through pilots and onboarding, ensuring fast time-to-value and strong adoption
Partner closely with customers post-launch to identify expansion opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering to turn customer insights into new features and use cases
Maintain a disciplined, data-driven approach to pipeline and account management in CRM
Refine and scale the go-to-market playbooks that are driving PointOne’s growth
