Baker Sterchi Cowden & Rice Rolls Out AI Time Capture Firmwide with PointOne

NEW YORK, September 29, 2026 — Baker Sterchi Cowden & Rice, a nationally recognized defense litigation firm, deployed PointOne across approximately 100 attorneys to bring automated time capture and more consistent billing workflows directly into the firm's SurePoint environment.

The deployment is part of Baker Sterchi's broader investment in the operational infrastructure needed to support a growing, multi-office firm: reducing administrative work for attorneys, capturing a more complete record of the work already being performed, and creating more consistent processes across the firm.

Baker Sterchi worked with PointOne to consolidate nearly 100 individual timekeeping rules into a consistent set of firmwide billing standards. What previously depended on individual knowledge and manual review could now be applied more systematically as time entries were created.
