NEW YORK — October 21, 2026 — PointOne and Harvey today announced a connector in Harvey’s Connector Library to bring AI time tracking and billing intelligence into Harvey’s legal workflows. The connector is available starting today in Harvey’s Connector Library for firms using both platforms.

As AI agents take on increasingly complex legal work, law firms need new ways to understand how human expertise, AI-driven work, and time invested translate into value for their clients.

Harvey helps lawyers research, analyze, draft, and execute AI-powered legal workflows. PointOne automatically captures that work and generates compliant, ready-to-invoice time entries. Together, they will give lawyers access to their time data within Harvey and help firms better understand the work behind each matter.

“Time and billing data is some of the most valuable context a firm has, and it has usually sat apart from the legal work itself,” said Nate Schlein, Head of Product Business Development at Harvey. “PointOne brings that data into every matter, so lawyers can move from research and drafting to managing their time, all within Harvey.”

Bringing time and billing data into Harvey’s workflow agents

By bringing time and billing data into Harvey’s workflow agents, the PointOne connector enables proactive workflows that break down silos between the practice and business of law.

For example, lawyers can get a scheduled morning briefing summarizing the previous day’s work and draft time entries, progress toward billable targets, and compliance issues requiring attention before release.

Similarly, for supervising partners, a scheduled morning briefing could highlight pre-bills to review, matters approaching budget limits, matters with little recent activity, and billing guideline flags.

Firm optimization and ROI on AI tools

As AI changes how legal work is delivered, firms need to understand its impact on the cost and value of their services.

By connecting Harvey’s legal context with PointOne’s structured time data, firms can begin building proprietary intelligence into how their legal services are delivered and at what cost.

Through this connector, firms can compare AI-assisted and non-AI-assisted work, identify where AI reduces effort or changes staffing needs, identify workflows that can be automated, and use insights from past matters to inform pricing and develop new service models.

“AI is changing how legal work gets done. The next challenge is understanding what that means for the business of law,” said Réna Kakon, Growth Lead at PointOne. “By connecting PointOne’s time and billing data with Harvey’s legal intelligence, we’re laying the foundation for firms to measure the impact of AI and make better decisions about how they deliver and price legal services. The goal isn’t just measurement. It’s giving firms the insight to rethink how they operate.”
