NEW YORK, September 15, 2026 — Mayer LLP has built its practice around an entrepreneurial, team-based model, serving clients from startups to Fortune 500 companies across its offices in Texas, New Mexico, and Arkansas. As the firm continues to grow, it is investing in technology that can support that expansion without adding administrative work. Mayer deployed PointOne Time firmwide to automate time entry firmwide.
PointOne captures work and translates it directly into complete and ready to invoice time entries for review. The rollout ran in small onboarding cohorts from March, supported by biweekly office hours, in-app chat, and a library of recorded training sessions. Attorneys, paralegals, and billing staff each configure capture to their own practice, with firm-wide billing rules and client outside counsel guidelines applied underneath. Approved entries flow into Coyote through a direct SurePoint integration, keeping Mayer's established billing infrastructure in place.
“From capturing time to eliminating inefficiencies, this software truly is a game changer,” said Zach Mayer, Partner at Mayer LLP.
By improving the completeness and timeliness of its billing data, Mayer is building a stronger operational foundation for continued growth—one that reduces friction for its attorneys and gives firm leadership better information to manage the business.
