PointOne uses secure, admin-approved access to your firm’s Webex account to log time spent in calls and meetings automatically. Once connected, we’ll pull meeting and call details — including participants and durations — and turn them into accurate, compliant time entries.
How to Get Started
Log in to app.pointone.com
Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Connect Webex
As the page instructs, make sure to add the PointOne Time service app to your organization
Once that is complete, enter your organization ID in the box below. If successful, you will see 'Connected'
Then, back in settings, you'll need to ensure the desktop application is downloaded. If it is not already, select 'Download App'
Once it is downloaded, log in with the same credentials through which you logged into the web application
From there, you can select 'Retro' and ensure you are selecting the checkbox under 'Webex'
Once you select the correct date range and press "Generate," you should see entries appear for the Webex Meetings you had
