1. Eligibility

The PointOne Score Your Seats Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of PointOne, Inc. ("Sponsor"), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and each of their respective immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

2. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 2:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on June 17, 2026 and ends five days from the date of the Sweepstake launch at 2:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be considered. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

3. How to Enter

3.1 Free Online Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

During the Promotion Period, complete the official entry form by providing your: (a) first name; (b) last name; (c) valid email address. Submission of the completed Entry Form constitutes one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Each person is limited to one (1) free standard entry during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of email addresses or methods of submission used.

4. Drawing

On or around June 22, 2026, Sponsor (or its designated administrator) will conduct one (1) random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period to select one (1) potential winner. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: Two (2) tickets to a group stage match scheduled at MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford, New Jersey. Specific competing teams are determined by tournament bracket and are not guaranteed. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $3,000 USD. Prize consists of tickets, transportation, and hotel accommodations. It does not include meals, incidental expenses, or any other costs associated with prize acceptance and use.

No substitution of prize is permitted by the winner except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize if the advertised prize is unavailable for any reason, including without limitation cancellation or rescheduling of the event, ticketing restrictions, or force majeure events. No cash equivalent shall be available if the event is cancelled or rescheduled due to circumstances outside Sponsor's control.

Tickets may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the ticket issuer, venue, event organizer, or other third parties. As a condition of receiving the Prize, the winner may be required to acknowledge and agree to such additional terms.

The prize is non-transferable. No cash redemption except as provided herein. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize.

6. Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winner will be notified by email on or around June 22, 2026. Potential winner must respond to the notification email within twenty-four (24) hours of sending. Failure to respond within this window will result in forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected in a subsequent drawing.

Potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where not prohibited by law) Publicity Release within forty-eight (48) hours of the date of notification. If a potential winner: (a) cannot be contacted; (b) fails to respond within the time period stated; (c) fails to return required documentation within the required period; (d) is found to be ineligible; (e) declines the prize; or (f) cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any change in a potential winner's contact information.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify all entries and winner eligibility.

7. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, photograph, biographical information, and state of residence for advertising, promotional, trade, and other purposes in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, consideration, review, or approval.

8. Limitations of Liability

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind, including death, arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the use or acceptance of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or garbled entries; (b) any malfunction or technical failure of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, or email; (c) any problems or technical malfunctions with the Sweepstakes Website or any combination thereof; (d) any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes or downloading any materials from the Sweepstakes Website; (e) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; or (f) any other errors or problems of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, printing, typographical, or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, TAMPER WITH THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY CONSTITUTE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. Disputes

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules. Entrant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state courts located in New York County, New York and the federal courts of the Southern District of New York for any action or proceeding arising from or related to this Sweepstakes, and waives any objection to such jurisdiction or venue, including any objection based on inconvenient forum.

10. Privacy

Information submitted by entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at pointone.com/privacy. By entering, entrants consent to Sponsor's collection and use of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy and these Official Rules. 

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should any cause corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor. In the event of termination, Sponsor may select winners from eligible entries received prior to action taken, if applicable. Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between entrant and Sponsor with respect to the Sweepstakes. If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., LinkedIn Corporation, X Corp., or any other social media platform. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, not to any social media platform.

This Sweepstakes is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, or approved by FIFA, the 2026 FIFA World Cup organizing entity, or any related official body. The prize consists of commercially obtained tickets to a scheduled sporting event; no official affiliation is implied.
